Participants will choose to work through three tiers of accountability/guidance with The Body Revelation. 

Level 1. One-on-one training with a certified Revelation Wellness Instructor (most accountability): 
    Weekly personal accountability/coaching via email, plus one 45-minute call per week.

Level 2. Small-group, in-person training with a certified Revelation Wellness Instructor: Includes weekly 60- or 90-minute small group meeting at your chosen site.

Level 3. Small-group online training with a certified Revelation Wellness Instructor: Weekly 60-90-minute small group; online/conference call.
